Amplify Your Brand

 Client Agreement

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date of signing ("Effective Date") by and between Black Door Society ("Service Provider"), and the undersigned client ("Client").

1. Program Overview

The Client agrees to participate in the "Amplify Your Brand Program" ("Program"), which offers media exposure, networking opportunities, training, and advertising options as described in the Program’s promotional materials.

2. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay $497 per month for a minimum of six months in order to participate in the Program.
Payments are due on the 1st day of each month.
Payments will be made via electronic transfer or other methods designated by the Service Provider.
A late fee of $25 will apply to payments received more than 5 days after the due date.
The Client acknowledges that fees are non-refundable.

3. Program Inclusions

The Program includes but is not limited to:

Access to live training sessions on business development, media training, financial planning, and more;

Access to advertising opportunities on radio and TV at discounted rates after six months of participation;

Access to an exclusive membership portal with access to replays, recorded workshops and additional resources.

4. Confidentiality

The Client acknowledges that during the course of the Program, they may receive confidential information including trade secrets, marketing strategies, business methodologies, and other proprietary information ("Confidential Information").

The Client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from the Service Provider.

Confidentiality obligations will survive the termination of this Agreement.

5. Non-Disclosure of Program Terms

The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to payment structures, advertising rates, and the content of weekly calls.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, training content, and resources provided through the Program are the intellectual property of the Service Provider. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for purposes outside the scope of this Agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination does not relieve the Client of obligations to pay any outstanding fees.

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the Client’s participation in the Program for violation of this Agreement, including non-payment or disclosure of Confidential Information.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the Client’s participation in the Program.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Service Provider is headquartered.

11. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings related to the Program.

12. Amendments

Any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.


13. Penalty Clause

Any unauthorized disclosure, reproduction, distribution, or use of Black Door Society's "Amplify Your Brand" program will result in immediate termination of this agreement and the responsible party will be liable for all resulting damages, including legal fees.
